I recently attended a Basic Life Support (BLS) course, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The training was well-structured, engaging, and incredibly informative. The instructor was knowledgeable, patient, and ensured that everyone felt confident in their skills by the end of the session. The hands-on practice with CPR, AED use, and choking response was especially valuable, making me feel prepared to handle real-life emergencies. The course was easy to follow, even for beginners, and provided a great balance of theory and practical application. I highly recommend this BLS course to anyone looking to gain essential life-saving skills. It was an invaluable experience that left me feeling empowered and ready to respond in an emergency situation.

I came off by bicycle and the team helped me understand the depth of my injuries
I came off my bicycle on 28th March.
A member of the medical team immediately rushed to help me and tidy up my wounds.
Furthermore, they gave me essential medical advice about how severe my injuries were, something I'd have probably ignored.
I'd like to pass on how thankful I am to them and if possible write a commendation to their superiors.
They were excellent, calming and thorough.
I ended up with a fractured jaw and ear canal. The severity of which I'd have ignored if it wasn't for them.

What else can I say?
We know who is coming.
We know when they will arrive.
We know they will have the kit they need.
They will do paperwork so we can log it our side for every person they see.
They head off, and I have an email link with everything I need - including proforma invoice lines.
What we recieve now [in terms of post shift reporting] is worlds apart from the previous provider
