We believe leadership should be more than titles and boardrooms.
At localmedic, it means setting the standard, living our values, and proving that care and professionalism can be delivered without compromise.
Our directors bring experience from emergency services, clinical practice, education and operations. What defines them is not just their past, it is their commitment to building a culture that refuses to settle for less.
They stay hands-on, visible and accountable. You will find them with our people and our clients as often as you will find them in meetings, leading from the front and showing that better is always possible.
This is leadership you can see, measure and trust.

Our leadership at localmedic
At localmedic, leadership is not about titles, it is about setting the standard and showing what better looks like. Our directors bring frontline credibility, strategic insight and a values-driven approach that keeps us accountable to the people we serve.
Together, Aaron and Kallum combine experience from emergency services, clinical practice, education, governance and compliance. What unites them is a refusal to accept low standards, and a belief that first aid, welfare and safeguarding deserve the same care and professionalism as any other part of an operation.
Their leadership is about more than strategy. It is about building a culture where people feel safe, valued and supported - whether they are part of our team, our clients, or the public we care for.
