I recently attended a Basic Life Support (BLS) course, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The training was well-structured, engaging, and incredibly informative. The instructor was knowledgeable, patient, and ensured that everyone felt confident in their skills by the end of the session. The hands-on practice with CPR, AED use, and choking response was especially valuable, making me feel prepared to handle real-life emergencies.
