Be ready to act in a workplace emergency

This one‑day course gives learners the essential skills to deal with emergency situations involving babies and children, in line with current UK paediatric first aid guidance.

It is suitable for many early years and childcare settings that require emergency paediatric first aid rather than the full two‑day qualification.

Perfect for early years settings needing emergency cover

This course works well for schools, nurseries, clubs and childminders who need staff trained to handle life‑threatening incidents involving children and infants, without the additional topics covered in the full Paediatric First Aid course.
